The students investigated the many functions of the Thames as it flows from source to sea. Using the theatrical work of the artist Kara Walker as a base, the students created silhouetted scenes from nature, recreation, industry, and leisure.

The students explored the fish from the Huangpu River and using the style of ancient Chinese motifs, they created their own collagraph prints.
